Our process is simple where we can manage the entire process.
Stage 1 – Concepts and Design
The home design process starts with understanding your vision and needs, leading to a bespoke space that reflects your style, delivering detailed floor plans and 3D renderings.
Stage 2 – Planning and Documentation
The design team handles permits, approvals and deals with external consultants required for each project. The interior designer develops interior layouts and selects materials and fixtures. The design team ensures compliance with codes and building rules creating a cohesive design producing detailed construction documentation, ready to scope and accurately price your project ready for construction.
Stage 3 – Construction
The home construction stage transforms design plans into a physical structure involving foundation work, frameworks, systems installation and finishing interior and exterior elements. We communicate with you extensively and provide you with access to our 24/7 portal where you will receive updates on your project and have regular site inspections of your home throughout the process.
Stage 4 – Handover
After passing inspections, your home is ready for you to move in to enjoy. You will receive a comprehensive handover manual where you will have access to all warranties, certifications, care and working instructions for your home.
